1.What's your favourite type of yarn?
Because it's getting warmer every day, I like more and more cotton, with something. Pure one tends to be little too rough.
In colder times soft alpaca and silk/wool blends are perfect.
2. What's your least favourite type of yarn?
Novelty yarns.
3. What's the first thing you do when you visit a new yarn shop?
Look for something new. Specially for not so common combinations. (I visited one new shop today and the only yarn I remember, was cotton/linen combination)
4. What other crafts do you do / would like to do?
Beading, mainly. Some sewing, felting.
5. What magazines do you currently subscribe to?
I subscribe to Vogue Knitting and Interweave Knits.
6. Put this type of magazine in order of preference:
Knitting / Crochet / Other Craft / Food / Home / Fashion / Celebrity Gossip / Garden
Knitting
Crochet
Other craft
Fashion
Home
Celebrity Gossip
Food
Garden
7. What items do you like to knit / crochet?
Actually sweaters, but because they take too much yarn and time I crochet small accesorizes and knit hats and bags more often.
8. Are you allergic to anything?
No
9. What do you like to* smell of?
(*This is not a typo. The question is: What do you like to smell of)
Something spicy.
10. What's your favourite way to relax?
Talking and laughing with good friends...
Visiting new places...
Reading good books...
(Can't choose one, as you can see.)
11. You're stood in front of a Victorian style sweetshop, an Italian cafe, an old fashioned bakery and a dainty tea room. Where do you go first?
Italian cafe
12. What do you come out with?
Red wine, bruscetta.
13. Where do you go next?
Sweetshop
14. Any other words of wisdom for your pal?
Wisdom? Me?

Hi,
I'm your KTE treater.
I've been enjoying your blog. I'm having fun picking out some bits and pieces for you. Hope you are enjoying shopping for your treatee as well.
The parcel will have quite a way to travel to reach you, so may take time, but I'll let you know when I post it.
Have fun!
Your Knitters Treat Exchange Treater.
PS: Is the little girl in some of your photos your daughter? Just curious as I have a 3yo daughter.
Nice to hear of you!
The girl in the pictures is my 2yo niece.
Your niece looks very sweet. It's always nice to have a child to knit for - quick and cute knitting.
I'm glad you found my message ok :-)
Hello :-)
I just read the entry on the Treater's Exchange blog and it made me feel a bit worried... so this is just a quick note to let you know I am busy packaging up your parcel except I am missing one vital ingredient - the yarn, because I am waiting for it to arrive. I will let you know when I get it and post everything off., but hope you will forgive me if it doesn't reach you by May 5th. It's going to have a long trip to reach you, and even par avion things can take a while. Hopefully you will think it is worth it when it does get there!
I hope you are having a good week - love the fimo stuff!
Hi,
Just to let you know that I am sending off your parcel tomorrow - just have to get a photo of the contents in daylight first! I hope you will enjoy it. I am sending by air but it may still take a few weeks to reach you (times can really vary!) so if not there by deadline I apologise, but hope it is worth it when it arrives! Have a lovely weekend :-)
